Knaresborough Striders bring together people from the Knaresborough area to enjoy the delights of 'striding' and to provide support to those wishing to get started, get faster or go for longer!

We meet each Tuesday and Thursday at Knaresborough Cricket Club on Aspin Lane, striding out in groups to suit all ages and abilities, with coached training sessions also available most Tuesdays.

Our wonderful town provides a great range of routes, terrains and scenery for our members to enjoy.

We welcome visitors to come and experience our club for a few sessions before joining.

Annual single membership £31, or £12 for university students. (Other types of membership available - see Striders website.)
